Online Delivery Policy
Where do we deliver to?
We only deliver within Australia using Australia Post’s Parcel Post service.
Can you pick up your order?
Yes, you can elect at the point of purchase, to collect your order from 3 Essex St, Wembley, WA, 6014. Pickup can take place during our normal business hours.
How long will it take for your order to arrive?
All deliveries are despatched from our Distribution Centre in Wembley, Western Australia via Parcel Post satchel within 2 working days of receipt of order. Once lodged, Australia Post will take the following time, to deliver your goods depending on where you are in Australia:
- WA* 2 – 4 business days Metro and 3 – 6 business days Regional
- NSW / QLD* / VIC / ACT / SA / TAS / NT* 5 – 8 business days Metro and 10 business days Regional
*Please note that it can take over 10 days for deliveries to reach very remote locations in these States.
All times quoted are based upon orders being placed before midday, on working days Monday to Friday.
Deliveries may take a little longer during December, due to the peak in mail traffic.
Reveal IPL and Skin Clinic closes for the Christmas and New Year period each year. Orders placed after midday on 19 Dec may not be dispatched until the 8th of January in the New Year.
How much does it cost for your order to be delivered?
Delivery is FREE of charge.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order through the Australia Post web site. Your order will be shipped via Australia Post. As part of your order communication from Reveal IPL and Skin Clinic, you will be sent an email providing your tracking number and shipping confirmation.
What if I’m not home when my order is delivered?
We suggest you give an address where you will most likely be during the day to receive delivery of your parcel. We can deliver to all business and residential addresses in Australia.
Anyone at the delivery address, at the time of the delivery will be presumed to have authority to accept the parcel on your behalf.
If there is no one at the delivery address, a notification card will be left for collection at your local post office.
Changing your delivery details
Delivery address details of your order can be changed up to the point of dispatch. Please telephone us on (08) 9287 2944 to advise us of any change of delivery address. We regret that delivery details cannot be changed after your order has been dispatched from our Distribution Centre.
